How to update your BIOS

If your computer is not booting, it’s good to update your BIOS. It may be necessary for you to reinstall Windows or update the drivers for your hardware after updating the BIOS.

However, you may need to create a bootable USB drive or CD. Another way to update your BIOS is to remove the battery from your computer and then insert it back in.
